If you\u2019re not happy with your purchase, we are sorry for this. We want you to be happy with our products. If you want to return or exchange your products, please contact us to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization so please contact us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See below for specifications for each product category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Bath Bombs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not possible to return a used bath bomb, but you can return bath bombs that are still wrapped or a bath bomb kit if 75% is still intact. Products should be returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Loofahs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return loofahs, so please contact us and we will see how we can make you happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Soaps and Candles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not possible to return used soaps or candles, but you can return products that are still intact. Products should be returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@earthsthanks.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sale items<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@earthsthanks.com and send your item to: 205 rue de l’\u00c9quinoxe, unit 228, Brossard, J4Z 0P4, Qc, Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gifts<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping returns<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 205 rue de l’\u00c9quinoxe, unit 228, Brossard, J4Z 0P4, Qc, Canada .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
